The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity. Favorite Track(s): Die Feuertaufe, Grabenlieder

N(o)ice Noise! ;-) Funny, I'm not much into Kanonenfieber, they are ok, but this project of Noise is 100% my thing to go.

Everything that NOISE makes is gold. I prefer his "Non Est Deus" work, but this album is also really good!! I almost prefer this over Kanonenfieber as it seems more personal, more melancholic than the other projects, and the guitar-only instrumental passages, like midway of about halfway the epic “Fremdkörper”, make it even more special.
